Role Overview

This key role in the UK business aims to enhance the customer experience for private / Consumer to Consumer sellers. It involves collaboration with UK and global teams to implement effective programs that boost GMV, seller retention, and customer satisfaction.

The role will focus on deploying and scaling the transformation of our value proposition: Free, Easy, and Safe. It requires understanding private sellers' needs and maintaining a compelling proposition against competitors to grow our business by attracting new sellers and increasing their activity.


What You Will Accomplish

* Develop insights into seller motivations and needs across segments; advocate for these internally and drive seller-centric improvements.
* Monitor market trends and competitor strategies.
* Utilize customer insights to identify experience enhancements.
* Partner with the regulatory team to address compliance impacts.


Transformation

* Support global initiatives for long-term priorities and roadmap delivery.
* Lead go-to-market and communication strategies for new propositions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve seller experience and health.
* Develop clear messaging about our transformation journey and benefits.


What You Will Bring

* Experience in customer proposition, insight, and understanding of the C2C and resale markets.
* Proven ability to collaborate with product and marketing teams and improve customer experiences.
* Strong customer focus, analytical skills, and strategic thinking.
