PURPOSE
This role provides marketing and operational support to a Geography Sector or Business to implement the integrated Marketing and Communications strategy to achieve their commercial and strategic objectives aligned to SITA?s global marketing strategy and positioning.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Align with Geography Sector or Business Marketing plan direction to support delivery of business objectives.
2. Support GEO/Business marketing campaigns and programs including GEO events collaborating with key stakeholders and aligning with SITA global marketing strategy.
3. Carry out analysis of customers to support account-based marketing plans.
4. Contribute to thought leadership initiatives/events to suit specific business needs and strengthen industry and customer relationships.
5. Create and develop quality content to maintain SITA's positioning ensuring consistency and coordination with SITA global marketing strategy and positioning.
6. Maintain or strengthen the integrity of SITA?s reputation brand and positioning actively managing brand compliancy.
7. Leverage diverse communications channels. Comply with business and reporting processes to support the marketing organization.
8. Work closely with the Marketing Profession to ensure transparency of Geography Sector or Business targeted Marketing activities and events.
9. Support the relationship with industry associations in the context of SITA overall strategy.
10. Contribute to and maintain the contact strategy for top customers and industry players to optimize targeting the right audience with the right message.
11. Contribute to research and reporting on relevant market insights impacting the Geography/Sector/portfolio to maintain profiles of the main competitors to support counter strategies and plans
12. Carry out market intelligence updates and position of SITA's portfolio & services.
13. Maintain marketing expenditure within allocated budget and monitor ROI.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE
14. 5+ years? experience in marketing marketing communications or corporate communications preferably in the area of IT solutions & services Telecomms ATI or related industries.
15. Proven ability to contribute to the implementation of a marketing strategy
16. Good experience in Project Management including management of customer-facing events and meetings.
17. Experience with latest communications tools and technologies.
18. Networking skills ability to work at all levels of the organization experience of strong collaboration with Marketing profession colleagues across the GEOs and centrally.
19. Ability to work effectively in diverse and virtual teams.
