Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinician to join our Dental team in Perth, United Kingdom. As a Clinician, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall health and well-being of our community.
1. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose medical conditions, and develop appropriate treatment plans
2. Perform routine medical procedures and administer medications as needed
3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
4. Maintain accurate and detailed electronic health records
5. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care measures
6. Stay updated on the latest medical advancements and best practices in your field of expertise
7. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical protocols
8. Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines
9. Provide compassionate and patient-centered care, addressing both physical and emotional needs
Qualifications
10. Appropriate qualification depending on role.
11. Valid medical license in the United Kingdom
12. Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience
13. Strong diagnostic and clinical assessment skills
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
15. Proficiency in electronic health record systems
16. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based healthcare environment
17. Knowledge of current medical practices, procedures, and evidence-based guidelines
18. Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with medical advancements
19. Empathetic and patient-centered approach to healthcare delivery
20. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize patient care needs

Additional Information
We currently have free surgery space which we are looking to fill with a dedicated clinician.
We are looking for:
A General Dentist who would like to increase their hours.
A Specialist who would like to take advantage of our 11k active patient list and expand their talents.
A Dental Hygienist who would like to grow their schedule in a busy, patient-focused practice.
We have Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturday morning available.
