What youll need:
Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or similar role
Ability to lead and inspire a kitchen team
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Experience maintaining consistency during busy service
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
