What is the job? We are growing quickly and are looking for a Senior HR Partner to support our Pharmacy function. This is a hands on, people focused role where you will work closely with pharmacy assistants, pharmacists, technicians, dispensers, and pharmacy managers to ensure teams feel supported, engaged, and able to do their best work. Alongside providing day to day HR support, you will play an important role in shaping the culture within the Pharmacy team. This means helping bring our values to life in a way that feels practical, relevant, and suited to a busy and regulated environment. The aim is to build a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and genuinely proud to be part of the team. What will you be doing? Provide day-to-day HR support to Pharmacy teams, advising on performance, absence, wellbeing, and employee relations Support the full employee lifecycle for Pharmacy colleagues, from onboarding and probation through to progression and exits Be a visible, approachable HR presence across Pharmacy - someone people trust to give clear, practical advice Work with managers and teams to embed a positive, inclusive culture that supports collaboration, accountability, and high standards Partner with recruitment and onboarding teams to ensure new Pharmacy joiners feel welcomed, supported, and part of the culture from day one Support managers with people processes such as performance conversations, probation reviews, and absence management Help bring people initiatives to life - engagement activity, recognition, wellbeing ideas, and ways to celebrate great work Provide HR advice aligned with UK employment law and good practice, in the context of a regulated healthcare setting Use feedback and people data to spot themes within Pharmacy teams and help turn them into practical, people-focused improvements Get involved in wider people projects when needed, from policy updates to onboarding improvements or manager training What we offer: Generous Leave : 25 days holiday (rising to 27 after year one and 30 after year two) 8 bank holidays Pension Matching : Up to 5% employer matching contributions Flexibility and Wellness : Work-from-home options, cycle-to-work scheme, and more Growth Opportunities : Collaborate across teams and represent Montu at events, with support to grow your skills and impact Enhanced Maternity & Paternity Leave About Us Montu UK is a leading digital health company specialising in cannabis-based medicines (CBPM), dedicated to improving patient access to safe and effective treatments.
