What is the job? We are growing quickly and are looking for a Senior HR Partner to support our Pharmacy function. This is a hands on, people focused role where you will work closely with pharmacy assistants, pharmacists, technicians, dispensers, and pharmacy managers to ensure teams feel supported, engaged, and able to do their best work. Alongside providing day to day HR support, you will play an important role in shaping the culture within the Pharmacy team. This means helping bring our values to life in a way that feels practical, relevant, and suited to a busy and regulated environment. The aim is to build a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and genuinely proud to be part of the team. What will you be doing?
