Location: Office based in Ringwood, Hampshire with some travel required

Churchill Living are an award-winning and expanding property management company, recruiting for an experienced HR Operations Partner to join our Human Resources team in Ringwood, supporting our managers in the field with variety of HR related activities to support our people agenda.
As HR Operations Partner, you will play a key role in creating exceptional employee experience by supporting day-to-day HR operations, partnering with stakeholders, and ensuring our people processes run smoothly. You will be a trusted advisor and point of contact for our Colleagues and Managers across the Group on a variety of HR matters.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Overseeing and continuously improving all HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management and payroll coordination
