As Safeguarding Adults Team Manager, you will drive best practice and quality in safeguarding enquiries, inspire practitioners, and nurture their development in safeguarding practice. Your leadership will support ongoing professional growth, ensuring the team is at the forefront of best practice around safeguarding, with the relevant knowledge and skills. We are looking for a motivated and dedicated person to help lead the Safeguarding Adults Team, who champion high standards and can support the professional development of practitioners. You will be an effective communicator, with a proven track record of working collaboratively with other professionals and organisations to make a difference in the lives of adults.
