About the Opportunity
Our success depends on a strong support team that keeps our community of Volunteers and Tech Startup Customers satisfied. Your role involves providing support via Tawk Chat, direct messaging, WhatsApp, and social media channels to prospective and existing Volunteers and Customers.
Support Volunteer Responsibilities
* Assist visitors in signing up, improving profiles, and answering questions about Skilled Up Life.
* Help build community members' profiles and facilitate account creation.
* Use direct messaging and Tawk Chat for communication.
* Support companies in publishing opportunities.
* Assist advanced plan customers in finding suitable Volunteers.
* Help Volunteers apply for Opportunities and improve FAQs.
* Report issues, concerns, and complaints to the support leadership.
Qualifications
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
* Ability to speak Indonesian.
* Experience in customer service/support preferred.
* Excellent communication and record-keeping skills.
* Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
* Professionalism and attention to detail.
