Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm- Hybrid working (minimum 3 days in the office)
We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor / Conveyancer to join a respected and long-established practice in Tenbury Wells. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a varied caseload of property matters, with the reassurance of working in a supportive and well-resourced environment.

The Role As a Commercial Property Solicitor / Conveyancer, your work will cover:
* Commercial and Agricultural Conveyancing
* Landlord and Tenant matters (both commercial and residential)
* Residential conveyancing for long-standing clients
* Development acquisition and plot sales
* Option, overage, and promotion agreements
* Liaising with other property professionals, including estate agents and accountants
We are looking for a candidate with:
* Previous PQE in commercial and agricultural property law
* Strong knowledge across all aspects of property law
* The ability to manage and progress a varied caseload confidently
* Experience with commercial and agricultural transactions and associated documents
* A detail-oriented, motivated, and dependable approach
