We’re now looking for an organised and proactive Accounts Administrator to join our growing team. The ideal person will enjoy working independently, be comfortable with numbers, and take pride in accuracy and organisation.
About the Role
This part-time role offers variety, flexibility, and a chance to play a key part in our day-to-day operations. Training and ongoing support will be provided.
Main Responsibilities:
* Creating and sending customer invoices and credit notes
* Compiling monthly debtor lists and managing credit control
* Processing supplier invoices (in GBP and EUR)
* Handling carrier and general invoices, receipts, and payments
* Preparing and sending monthly customer statements
* Reconciling credit card statements and receipts
* Managing monthly packaging stock orders
* Monitoring and responding to customer credit limit alerts
* Opening new customer accounts and maintaining records
* Reconciling bank accounts (Current and Euro)
* Preparing supplier and customer payments, including Euro payments
* General administrative and filing duties
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in an accounts or finance role (essential)
* Knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts (preferred but not essential – training provided)
* Confident using Microsoft Excel and standard office software
