The Role:
You will be the key point of contact for major clients, ensuring their journey from order to delivery runs smoothly while identifying opportunities to enhance their experience.
 * Oversee the full order process to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
 * Configure customer accounts within internal systems for optimal efficiency.
 * Handle client claims with speed and professionalism.
 * Monitor delivery timelines and product conditions on arrival.
 * Track and analyse KPIs related to service and operational performance.
 * Maintain up-to-date, accurate records in the CRM system.
 * Offer guidance and tailored support to customers using the company's products.
 * Collaborate with Area Sales Managers to proactively address account needs.
 * Manage compensation and refund processes with a customer‑first approach.
 * Continuously improve internal procedures around client feedback and issue resolution.
What We're Looking For:
 * Proven experience in a similar account management or sales support role.
 * Fluency in English (native or C2 level) – Speaking Spanish would be advantageous.
 * A collaborative, solutions‑focused mindset and strong communication skills.
 * Experience working with SAP and CRM tools.
 * Knowledge of logistics, marketing, or purchasing processes.
 * Willingness to travel occasionally as part of the role.
