About The Role
With Ninja TAG provides the ultimate test of fitness, skill; and bravery for children and adults, whilst the Jurassic-themed Adventure Play gives little ones the chance to explore the wilderness.
As a TAG Host, you'll be making sure our customers are having the time of their lives on our amazing Ninja TAG course, while keeping safe.
You'll be responsible for taking bookings, making people feel welcome, and helping with general customer questions about the site. Ninja TAG is just as much fun for adults as it is for children, so we have customers of all ages visiting. We also have lots of children's birthday parties, and you'd be responsible for making sure they all have a great time - remember, no birthday party is complete until Happy Birthday has been sung, so you'll need to be confident to lead this.
Your role is important in making sure the customer feels happy with their visit, and can be the difference between someone coming back and recommending us to others, or not.
We take great pride in our facilities and the environment we offer to our customers, so we'd expect you to as well, ensuring it's clean, tidy, and safe for everyone to use at all times.
About You
You will be a confident and friendly individual, with excellent people skills.
Our customers are hugely important to us, so we need someone who can put people at ease, and who has a desire to make sure everyone is having a great experience at all times.
You'll need to be confident in working with both adults and children, and able to change your style to suit each.
It's really important that everyone is safe at all times, so you'll need to be confident intaking action to stop any behaviour that could be a risk to others, in a friendly yet firm manner.
You will ideally have some experience of working with customers, but we're more interested in your personality, So if you're a warm, friendly, welcoming person by nature, then this is what we're looking for
