As a Post Completions Legal Assistant, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring all post-completion matters are handled efficiently and within regulatory timeframes. Working closely with our conveyancers, you'll be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks following the completion of property transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Submit SDLT forms and Land Registry applications in a timely and accurate manner
* Monitor and manage requisitions and follow up with necessary actions
* Liaise with clients, solicitors, lenders, and the Land Registry where necessary
* Maintain case management systems and update relevant documents and files
* Ensure compliance with internal procedures and legal deadlines
* Support fee earners with administrative tasks as required
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a conveyancing or legal support role (essential)
* Strong knowledge of the post-completion process and Land Registry requirements
* Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
* Ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines
* Confident communicator with a proactive and professional approach
* Proficient in case management systems and Microsoft Office
