Hours: 08:30 – 17:00
About the Role:
Tripod Partners are currently seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to support a private hospital in Cheshire on a part-time, basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver a high-quality pharmacy service in a clinical environment, working alongside a committed healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert advice on the safe and effective management of medicines across the hospital
Promote a patient-centred, multidisciplinary approach to pharmaceutical care
Plan, deliver, and evaluate tailored pharmaceutical interventions
Support consultants and clinical staff with evidence-based, cost-effective medication guidance
Candidate Requirements:
GPhC-registered Pharmacist
Minimum of 1 year’s post-registration experience in a hospital setting
Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills
Able to work autonomously and collaboratively in a clinical environment
