Our client is a leading UK-wide property consultancy with a long history of managing diverse rural and agricultural portfolios. They are looking for a Land Liaison Officer to join their team in Bury St Edmunds, offering a chance to grow your career within the sector.
Position Overview
In this role, you will be the key link between landowners and major projects. You will manage land access agreements and ensure smooth communication, contributing directly to the success of important infrastructure and utility schemes.
Responsibilities
* Liaise with landowners and stakeholders on land matters.
* Manage land access and accommodation work agreements.
* Advise landowners on construction and project requirements.
* Ensure contractors follow pre-entry notice provisions.
* Collaborate closely with the wider project team.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a Land or Agricultural Liaison role.
* Strong knowledge of current agricultural and rural affairs.
* Proficient IT skills and system awareness.
* Clear communication and strong organisational skills.
* A full UK Driving License is essential.
