Pertemps are working with a well known business in Grangemouth and they are currently looking to recruit a Temporary Administrator for a 4 week assignment commencing Wed 29 May 24 @ 08:30.
This is a Monday to Friday position and the hours are 08:00-17:00
Main Duties:
1. Report to the Site Administrator daily
2. Good knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word
3. Filing, answering calls, dealing with clients, and assisting the Site Administrator with any administrative tasks
Skills & Experience:
4. Experience as an administrator, administrative assistant or similar role
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
6. Attention to detail
7. Reliable and professional
