CONTRACT: Permanent, full time
LOCATION: London, Kings Cross
REPORTS TO: Operations Director
At Two Tribes, we're passionate about creating exceptional beers inspired by innovation, collaboration, and London culture. We are looking to expand our team with a new Warehouse & Logistics Manager. If you’re a logistics expert with strong leadership skills, this is your chance to oversee the movement of our beer from brewery to bar — safely, efficiently, and with excellence.
The role:
As our Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you’ll ensure the smooth, effective, and safe storage and delivery of our beer. You will lead a small warehouse team and optimize delivery routes across London to ensure our products arrive on time, in full, and in perfect condition.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor, and manage warehouse operatives and drivers
* Oversee warehouse stock control, ensuring accurate FIFO practices and up-to-date inventory systems (Breww)
* Plan and optimize delivery routes across London
* Manage third-party contractors and shipping partners
* Ensure health & safety compliance across all operations
* Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and structural integrity
* Conduct weekly stock counts and monitor potential out-of-stock (OOS) risks
* Collaborate with HR for team growth and development
* Drive performance through KPIs and continuous process improvements
About you:
You are an organized, adaptable leader who thrives on operational challenges, prioritizes effectively, and remains calm under pressure. You are tech-savvy and proactive in safety and process improvements.

* Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management
* Strong leadership and team development skills
* Solid understanding of stock control and routing logistics
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Confidence with IT systems and reporting tools
