TRIA are supporting a leading hospitality client who are looking for a Technical Product Manager to take full ownership of their guest-facing mobile apps (iOS & Android) and kiosk platforms - two critical digital touchpoints that shape the guest experience from booking to checkout.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you’ll own the product lifecycle end-to-end: from shaping strategy and managing delivery, to launching new features and ensuring platform stability. You’ll lead a cross-functional team of developers (iOS, Android) and analysts, while working closely with design, engineering, and commercial teams.
What we’re looking for:
* 5+ years in product management of consumer facing mobile apps.
* Strong technical grounding - Comfortable engaging discussion around APIs, CI/CD pipelines, App architecture and connected devices.
* Solid experience with mobile apps & Kiosk platforms
* Ability to drive the product vision for mobile and kiosk platforms - with a focus on guest experience.
* Managing delivery: Plan sprints, manage roadmaps, ship features, and ensure high-quality, scalable releases.
* Team leadership: Direct in-house and nearshore teams, including developers, QAs, and analysts.
* Experience in hospitality, travel, retail, or similar service industries.
