We’re looking for experienced and adaptable individuals to join our team in Great Yarmouth and the surrounding areas, supporting students with a range of learning and behavioural needs. Whether you’ve worked as a Teaching Assistant, cover supervisor, or in another educational role, your experience could help transform lives.
Important: A full UK driving licence and access to your own transport is essential to ensure you can get to work reliably.
Your Role Will Include:
* Delivering pre-planned lessons to whole classes when required.
* Supporting teachers with planning, preparation, and assessment.
* Working with individuals and small groups to boost progress in literacy, numeracy, and other subjects.
* Developing personalised strategies to build student confidence, independence, and essential skills.
* Encouraging positive behaviour, communication, and social interaction.
* Helping to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
