We're on the lookout for a passionate and dynamic Duty Manager to join our team and help lead the way in excellence and innovation! As a Duty Manager, you'll: Manage and lead the Sodexo team to deliver exceptional facilities services, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction. Oversee all aspects of Sodexo services, including cleaning, security, and facilities, while maintaining quality standards and meeting financial targets. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations, as well as statutory and contractual requirements across all services. Recruit, train, and develop staff, ensuring they meet operational needs and deliver the agreed service standards. Monitor and control the service efficiently, managing stock, invoicing, and addressing any issues to maintain optimal service delivery. What we're looking for: A proactive attitude, flexibility with duties and working hours, and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role. The candidate must be able to work independently and possess excellent relationship management skills. Clear communication skills and the ability to manage time effectively are crucial. Proven experience in stock control, delivering financial targets, and achieving quality standards and customer satisfaction is required. IT and systems literacy, along with a desirable NEBOSH qualification, is necessary for monitoring and reporting within quality assurance systems.
