The Opportunity
We are seeking an outstanding Principal to provide strategic leadership across four sites, ensuring excellence in education, safeguarding, operational delivery and long-term sustainability. You will inspire senior leaders, drive continuous improvement and champion a culture where every child is supported to thrive.
This role combines educational leadership with strategic, operational and commercial responsibility ideal for a values-driven leader who wants to make a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities Provide clear strategic leadership and embed a shared vision across all sites
Lead school improvement and ensure high-quality provision that meets or exceeds regulatory standards
Inspire, motivate and challenge senior leaders, promoting staff development and wellbeing
Oversee delivery of a holistic, evidence-based curriculum supported by strong assessment and teaching
Ensure robust safeguarding, health & safety and compliance across all schools
Manage budgets and resources effectively, balancing quality with financial sustainability
Build strong relationships with families, local authorities, commissioners and community partners
Contribute to wider organisational strategy, growth and development
Who Were Looking For
You will be a credible, experienced and values-led senior leader with a proven track record in SEND education.
You will bring: QTS and NPQH
Strong understanding of SEND, safeguarding and relevant legislation
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
Proven success in school improvement and change management
Excellent communication, relationship-building and influencing skills
Commercial awareness and financial management capability
Resilience, integrity and a deep commitment to inclusive education
Multi-site leadership experience (desirable but not essential)
