With increasing project activity, they are now looking to appoint a Bookkeeper / Junior Finance Manager to strengthen their in-house finance function.\n\nThe Role\n\nThis is a varied, hands-on finance role based full-time from the Paddington office. You will manage day-to-day bookkeeping while producing company-wide and project-specific P&L reports, supporting management with accurate and timely financial information.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Day-to-day bookkeeping using Xero\n\n * Preparation and management of P&L reports (overall business and project-based)\n\n * Invoice processing, payments, reconciliations, and expense management\n\n * Support month-end and year-end financial processes\n\n * Assist with general administrative tasks where required\n\n * Work closely with senior management on financial reporting and controls\n\nThe Ideal Candidate\n\n * Minimum 4 years’ experience in a bookkeeping or junior finance role\n\n * Strong working knowledge of Xero\n\n * Experience produc...
