A leading global infrastructure hub is seeking a Reward Manager to lead the delivery of market-aligned, commercially focused compensation and benefits solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead large-scale cyclical reward activities and projects across compensation and/or benefits. Act as the subject matter expert, providing governance, insights, and strategic direction. Partner with internal stakeholders across HR, Finance, and Communications to deliver reward initiatives. Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, market benchmarking, and external networking. Manage relationships with external providers and ensure compliance with legal and market standards.
