Year 3 Teacher - Long-Term Role (Taunton)
Primary Teacher | Key Stage 2 | Taunton | Immediate Start | Minimum 6 Weeks + Ongoing SupplyAre you an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Teacher looking for a rewarding teaching opportunity in Taunton? We are currently recruiting for a passionate KS2 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school for a long-term placement of at least 6 weeks, with strong potential for ongoing supply work beyond.
The Role
* Position: Year 3 Teacher (Key Stage 2)
* Location: Taunton, Somerset
* Start Date: ASAP
* Contract: Long-term (minimum 6 weeks), followed by flexible supply opportunities
* Working Pattern: Full-time preferred

? KeyResponsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, creative Year 3 lessons in line with the National Curriculum
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
* Assess and track pupil progress effectively
* Collaborate with teaching assistants and wider school staff
* Maintain high standards of behaviour and learning
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (KS2), ideally Year 3
* Strong classroom management skills
* Passion for delivering high-quality primary education
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
