Role Overview:
Our Maintenance team ensures a safe and homely environment for residents by maintaining the internal and external spaces, including gardens. Responsibilities include:
* Performing repairs and redecoration to keep the home in excellent condition
* Conducting health, safety, and fire safety checks according to regulations
* Testing fire alarm systems and supporting fire drills
* Building positive relationships with residents, staff, and visitors
* Assisting residents with furniture, decoration, and personalization of rooms
