Wealth Administrator
About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a motivated and detail-oriented Wealth Administrator to join a well‑established and growing financial planning practice. You will play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and that the team operates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Client Support
* Provide daily administrative support to two established Financial Advisers and their Paraplanners.
* Help to maintain and update the client database with accuracy and confidentiality.
* Process new business efficiently and in line with internal procedures.
* Implement advice given to clients, ensuring all documentation and actions are completed in a timely manner.
* Produce basic reports and assist in preparing client meeting documentation.
* Liaise professionally with product providers and clients to obtain information, resolve queries, and support case progression.
* Manage general office duties, including answering phones, greeting clients and guests, and handling incoming mail.
Operational Contribution
* Assist and contribute to the development of the financial planning proposition, including improvements to processes and team systems.
* Take an active role in team/company-wide projects and initiatives as required.
Compliance & Governance
* Adhere to and maintain knowledge of all applicable legislation, including relevant parts of the FCA Handbook.
* Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a financial planning, wealth management, or professional services environment (preferred).
* Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Confident communicator with the ability to build strong working relationships.
* Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Willingness to learn and develop within the role.
