You will be working for one of the UK's leading hospitality organisations overseeing a growing diverse property portfolio with over 1400 properties. You will be heavily involved working across key strategic projects, delivering for the future.
Your new role
1. Management of external QS providers and performance
2. Management of external contractors and suppliers
3. Cost Management and overseeing financial terms
4. Preparing budgets to cover all maintenance and capital works
5. Procurement
6. Cost Auditing
7. Tender processes
8. Working closely with other senior stakeholders on maintenance and capital expenditure
9. Ensuringpliance with H&S
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum of 3 years working as a Quantity Surveyor or Cost Manager/Cost Consultant
MRICS or relevant chartership is highly desirable
Relevant Degree in a Construction related field
