Description
As a Graduate/Assistant Project Manager, you will support the Programme Manager in building and maintaining the build programmes and their related duties for our City Fibre contract.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain the recording of data on relevant systems and apply this to each City Fibre build programme, limiting risks to forecast delivery.
* Ensure all issues are recorded and escalated appropriately.
* Understand the DepotNet system and adhere to the processes accordingly.
* Liaise with Supervisors and subcontract teams to ensure programmes are delivered on time.
* Assist with planning and coordination of programmes and related activities.
* Monitor the implementation of programme policies and practices.
* Keep updated records and create reports or proposals.
* Ensure all client and operational requirements are met professionally and efficiently.
* Provide daily and weekly reports and ensure service levels and objectives are achieved.
* Contribute positively and innovatively to the team by providing solutions and embracing change.
* Report safety issues in line with company procedures.
Experience and Qualifications
* Degree in a related subject, e.g., Project Management.
* Proficient in IT and systems, including MS Office software.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Organized with the ability to meet important deadlines.
* Detail-oriented with consideration of the wider impact.
* Experience in programme/project scheduling or event/diary coordination.
* Experience in recording and reporting data.
