We launched in August and Ilford is loving it We're the hatch slinging speciality coffee, loaded cones, and a constant stream of fresh-from-the-oven cookies and legendary cinnamon buns. Think killer flat whites next to warm and indulgent cones, the smell of baking cinnamon filling the air, wild toppings, and a vibe that's loud, fun, and anything but ordinary.

What You'll Do: You'll be serving banging coffee, making cones to order, baking off our signature cookies and cinnamon buns on site, chatting to customers from our hatch, and keeping our vibrant vibe alive. This is hands-on, all-in work – you'll be switching between espresso shots, pulling trays of gooey buns from the oven, and food prep with a smile (and maybe some flour on your sleeve).
We're looking for:
* Baristas who can dial in like a pro and steam silky milk without breaking a sweat.
* Love talking to people, even before your first coffee.
* Keen to get stuck into the food side – prep, plating, a bit of flair, and a genuine love for baking.
* Fast, friendly, and always up for a laugh.
* A nose for when the buns are perfectly baked and a passion for serving warm, fresh treats.
