In this pivotal role, youll own complex case management, steer organisational change and evolve the ER service to ensure leaders are equipped, capable and empowered. Youll bring insight, clarity and commercial thinking to decision-making analysing ER trends, managing risk, and ensuring we stay ahead of legislation and best practice.
What youll lead and deliver:
Transform and enhance ER processes to create a proactive, business-focused service
Coach and develop the ER team to handle complex issues with confidence
Shape ER strategy in line with the People Plan and wider organisational priorities
Drive best practice, mitigate risk and support tribunal/settlement activity where required
Build capability across leadership through training, coaching and a solutions-focused approach
