We are seeking a talented individual to join our Consulting Delivery team at Mercer Marsh Benefits. This role will be based in Chichester. It is a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the office.
We are currently looking to recruit a talented individual as a Pensions Administrator in our Chichester office.
This role is within the Pensions Administration Team and is primarily responsible for providing pension administration services for a portfolio of pension clients.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure the timely submission of the client's monthly pension contribution schedule in line with legislative deadlines.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with 14 pension providers, understanding their processes to ensure efficient request processing.
* Upload employees' pension plan information into Darwin, including pension plan numbers, fund values, and fund selections.
* Process ad-hoc requests from clients and their employees, supporting other areas of the Pension Team.
Requirements:
* Proficient Excel skills, including data manipulation and comparison, with strong attention to detail.
* Logical analytical skills for effective data analysis.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and confidently address client queries.
* Highly organized with strong time management skills, capable of meeting deadlines and working within SLAs.
* Strong self-motivation and a collaborative team spirit, flexible to meet team needs.
Preferred Experience:
* Defined Contribution pensions experience.
