Intermediate Python Developer (Python, AWS, Terraform, Typescript, Automation)
Location; Remote (MUST BE UK Based) with occasional travel to office (London or Leeds)
Rate; £400/day Inside IR35
Duration; 6 Months & will extend
About the Role
We’re seeking an Intermediate Python Developer with experience in AWS, Terraform & TypeScirpt. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge healthcare solutions that have a direct impact on patient outcomes and healthcare interoperability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain Python-based applications that process and integrate healthcare data.
* Design and manage scalable, distributed data storage using Riak.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, product managers, and clinicians.
* Ensure code quality, documentation, and adherence to best practices in a highly regulated domain.
* Troubleshoot issues and contribute to continuous improvement of system architecture and performance.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Proven Python development experience
* Strong knowledge of AWS
* Experience working with Terraform
* Experience working with TypeScript
* Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
* Experience working in healthcare, HealthTech, or related data-sensitive environments.
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote or agile setting.
Desirable:
* Experience with containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes).
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
