As one of our talented Stylists you will provide a welcoming, authentic and personalized service to our customers in order to achieve all customer service and sales targets. With your passion for people, our company, products and services, you will ensure that each customer has a unique and inspirational in‑store experience which educates, inspires and delights them.
You will also use your exceptional people skills to build collaborative working relationships with the rest of your dynamic team to ensure that the store meets the Company’s high standards of visual merchandising. Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer service to each customer and help stylists achieve their individual sales and service goals through coaching, advice and motivation.
* Achieve the targets set by the Company for items per transaction, average sale and mix of business.
* Deliver the highest levels of service by following the Service Checklist and ensuring every customer receives the fragrance experience that amazes.
* Adhere to the Three Steps of Service and our Mission at all times and execute the Jo Malone™ service experience with every customer.
* Coach stylists as necessary and highlight opportunities for improvement.
* Execute events according to Guidelines and strive to exceed targets set for the event.
* Assist daily in stock and hygiene supplies replenishment, maintain appropriate levels throughout the day and ensure proper rotation of stock.
* Maintain a clean, organised work area and manage the Tasting Bar, Wet Test Area and Hot Towel Warmers.
* Communicate low or out‑of‑stock items to management and highlight any discrepancies or issues.
* Work with the Sales & Education staff to achieve Service Accreditations and attend training sessions provided by the Company.
* Complete all administrative tasks accurately, adhere to security procedures, and follow company policy for leave requests.
Qualifications
* Preferred: qualification in make‑up artistry or previous retail make‑up experience; applicants with amateur level experience who demonstrate creative and technical expertise are also welcome.
* Must be able to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
* Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast‑paced environment.
* Previous experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
* Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.
