Established in 1982 and with 40 years of experience, our M&E building services client has built an unrivalled reputation for delivering a professional, reliable and friendly service to property owners and large commercial clients across Wiltshire and the surrounding counties.
Due to a large residential & commercial contract success, they are now recruiting for a M & E Quantity Surveyor on a 12 month contract basis.
JOB PURPOSE
Their Quantity Surveying Team proactively managing the M& E design and installation works and sometimes even the costs incurred through maintenance and operation, once the building is up and running.
They are a sector driven business actively operating and investing in Commercial, large residential and industrial clients and projects. Surveyors work in close contact with the client,
advising them on financial and legal matters that arise during the project.
