Overview
Our Client is an established bank based in Central London. They are looking to recruit an IT Support Analyst with at least 5 plus years hands-on experience in IT Support and Infrastructure.
Salary: circa £45K - £55K. This is a hybrid position and you will be required to be in the office at least 3 days a week. The position is a 12 month full-time contract (FTC initially).

Responsibilities

* Microsoft Windows (all versions) with high-level troubleshooting and issue resolution using knowledge bases.

* Windows Server Environment 2012/2016 – design, deployment, maintenance and support.
* VMware virtualization environments.
* Backups – experience with various applications and recovery options.
* Networking – design, troubleshoot, and installation (VLAN, routing, switching, TCP/IP, OSI).
* Router maintenance – wireless configuration, installation and setups.
* PowerShell competency (backup/Azure/EMC).
* VPN Administration and Deployment.
* DNS administration (internal and external).
Qualifications
* 5+ years hands-on IT Support and Infrastructure experience.
