Overview
The White Hart is a gorgeously busy foodie pub in the centre of Somerton in Somerset, part of Stay Original Co. - 6 beautiful inns & boutique hotels across the South West.
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious current Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager in a premium, high-volume restaurant, hotel or gastro pub; most importantly you will be passionate about customer service excellence and willing to get stuck in, learn & progress. Hours will be 40-48 per week and you will be required to work evenings & the majority of weekends.
Responsibilities
* Support the General Manager and contribute to day-to-day operations
* Maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction
* Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service
Qualifications
* Experienced & ambitious current Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager in a similar style premium, high-volume restaurant, hotel or gastro pub
* Passionate about customer service excellence and ready to learn & progress
