Associate Dentist – High Earnings, Supportive Team &; Full Mixed Diary to inherit!
Location: Near Keynsham, Somerset
We’re offering an excellent opportunity for an Associate Dentist to join a highly regarded independent practice with a strong reputation for high quality patient care. You’ll step into a full diary from day one, enjoy excellent private earning potential, and work alongside a longstanding, supportive clinical team. With a healthy mix of NHS and private patients, plus scope to offer advanced treatments, this role is ideal for a motivated clinician seeking both stability and growth.
The Role:
* 2-3 days per week
* £14.50 per UDA
* 2,000-3,000 UDA’s available for allocation
* 50% split on private treatments
* Mixed NHS and private patient base to inherit – relocating Dentist – stable with strong oral health
* Excellent private uptake from patient conversion
* High treatment demand for Orthodontics, Invisalign, and Endodontics
* Available to start from late October / early November 2025
About the Practice:
* Independent practice, mid-sized, all with natural light
* 60% Private / 40% NHS overall practice diary split – predominantly private patients
* Equipped with R4 software, Digital X-Rays, and OPG
* Provides Cosmetic, General, and Emergency dental care predominantly
* Longstanding clinical team, with members here for over 29 years
* Convenient on-site parking
* Excellent local transport links
