- Keeping quality consistent - this is proper craft, not just process
- Managing your section independently during quieter periods
- Keeping everything clean, organised and running smoothly

- Someone reliable - night shifts need consistency
- Comfortable working independently and getting stuck in
- Good understanding of baking processes and food safety
- Organised, practical and happy working in a small team

- GBP 13.50: GBP 14.00 per hour
- Monday to Friday only - weekends free (overtime optional)
- Early finishes - done by 6:30am
- Free food on shift
- Discounts for family and friends
- Free parking on site
- Proper family:run environment - no layers of management
- Training and development if you want to build your skills
- Christmas Day and New Year off + tips
Worth noting: The bakery is in a rural spot, so driving is ideal unless you're local.
