An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Controller to lead the financial operations across multiple European entities (UK and Germany). This senior role will oversee P&L reporting, compliance, internal controls, and play a key role in shaping financial strategy.
As the lead finance position for Europe, you will manage a small team, deliver accurate reporting, and provide valuable insights to support business decision-making and growth.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and oversee finance operations across European entities.
* Consolidate financial results and provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders.
* Manage accounting processes (AP, AR, general ledger, revenue recognition).
* Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and banking relationships.
* Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain strong internal controls.
* Act as the main contact for auditors and tax advisors.
* Drive improvements in financial systems and processes.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a finance team of three.
