Cooksmill is a rapidly growing business selling catering equipment mainly to a B2B customer base but also to B2C customers. The role of senior customer service advisor will be to ensure all orders are dispatched as efficiently as possible.
Working hours will be Monday to Friday 9-5 based in our warehouse on Leeds Road, Bradford, BD3. The role will include full training on the systems used however a good command of IT and written English is essential.

Duties Include
1. Analysing sales and stock locations
2. Daily stock transfers between stores to satisfy orders
3. Report to purchasing department stock replenishment
4. Stock level management
5. Liaise with the warehouse manager and team members
