The Role
We are hiring an Apprentice Creative to join our growing production team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in digital marketing production, with hands‑on experience across videography, photography, and editing.
You will work on a wide range of projects, helping to deliver polished, creative work that captures attention and drives results.
What You’ll Do
* Film and photograph high‑end property, lifestyle, and luxury shoots.
* Carry out studio and on‑site filming, including working directly with clients.
* Edit and produce video content for social media, websites, and paid ads.
* Collaborate with our content and strategy team to bring campaigns to life.
What We’re Looking For
* A strong portfolio of relevant creative work (video, photography, editing).
* Understanding of creative marketing strategy, not just execution.
* Confidence working independently to deliver on briefs.
* Strong technical skills in shooting, editing, and post‑production.
* Reliable, proactive, and organised approach to work.
* Tech‑orientated with a genuine passion for digital creativity.
