Hours: 33–44 hours per week (day and night shifts available)
Pay Rate 12.71 per hour

About the Role
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting residents with their daily needs while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing.

Key Duties
• Assist residents with personal care, including washing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support with mobility and safe moving & handling
• Monitor residents’ condition and report any concerns to senior staff.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Work closely with the care team to deliver high-quality care.

What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in a UK care home (minimum 6–12 months preferred)
• A caring, patient, and compassionate attitude
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently when required
• Basic English and IT skills
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ in Health & Social Care) are advantageous but not essential
