📍 Location: Drayton House Nursery School, Austen Road, Guildford
🕒 Hours: 27 hours/week (3 days x 9-hour shifts)
💰 Salary: From £14.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
Support the physical and emotional well-being of children
Act as a key worker, building strong relationships with children and families
Collaborate with your team to uphold our high standards of care and education
Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and EYFS policies
🎓 What We’re Looking For
✅ Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification – Essential
✅ Fluent in written and spoken English – Essential
➕ 1+ year experience in Early Years – Desirable
➕ Knowledge of EYFS framework and regulatory requirements – Desirable
