FLT Driver – Cullompton – £14.57/hr + Bonuses
We're currently recruiting for an experienced Forklift Truck Driver to join a busy and growing team based in Cullompton.
Pay & Benefits
* Starting rate: £14.57 per hour
* Monthly bonus available upon becoming a permanent team member – based on production performance
* Additional pay uplift after successful completion of the probation period
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday
* 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
* Due to the shift times, candidates must drive or live locally
The Role
* Operating FLT machinery safely and efficiently
* Supporting production and warehouse operations
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
* Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance or Reach)
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Reliable, punctual, and a team player
