Key Responsibilities:
1. Effective management of Family law cases, using a Case Management System.
2. Progressing client matters efficiently while maintaining regular communication on outcomes, progress, and costs.
3. Attending court, mediations, and meetings, with detailed note-taking and preparation.
4. Drafting legal correspondence and court documents.
5. Achieving billing and time-recording targets.
6. Supporting the team and contributing to operational improvements.
7. Actively participating in marketing and business development activities.
