JOB TITLE: Payroll Administrator
LOCATION: Warrington
WORKING PATTERN: 3 days office / 2 days home (initially 4–5 days office for training)
SALARY: Up to £30,000
CONTRACT: Permanent
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are exclusively supporting the recruitment of a Payroll Administrator into a well-established payroll function.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their payroll career who is looking to build experience within a large, complex payroll environment while gaining structured development and qualifications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Support end-to-end payroll processing across a high-volume payroll environment
* Ensure accurate input, checking and reconciliation of payroll data
* Respond to payroll queries from employees in a timely and professional manner
* Support payroll system processing and ongoing transition to ResourceLink
* Assist with reporting, audits and compliance checks
* Work collaboratively within a large payroll team
* Contribute to continuous improvement as processes evolve
ABOUT YOU
* 1+ year payroll experience
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
* Willingness to learn new systems
* Positive, proactive and team-focused approach
* Keen to develop a long-term career in payroll
DEVELOPMENT & PROGRESSION
* Fully funded CIPP qualification
* Structured training within a large payroll function
* Exposure to complex, multi-frequency payroll processing
