The Working Foreperson role:
* Providing detailed and accurate reports to the Contract Manager to ensure correct costing and ordering of works.
* On-site setup and monitoring of subcontractors and directly employed labor, ensuring work standards are met, including signing off all works on completion.
* Managing daily site productivity, reporting regularly, and communicating job completion information to the Contracts Manager.
* Completing health and safety reports, welfare checks, monitoring safe working practices, PPE, vehicle, and equipment inspections.
What you will bring as a Working Foreperson:
* Qualified to a minimum NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a core trade is beneficial.
* SSSTS qualification is advantageous but not essential.
* Sound knowledge of construction processes.
* Ability to lead by example and motivate a workforce of experienced tradespeople and subcontractors.
* Possession of a full UK driving license is essential.
