The Working Foreperson role:
* Providing detailed and accurate reports to the Contract Manager for cost estimation and ordering
* On-site supervision of subcontractors and directly employed labor, ensuring standards are met, and signing off works on completion
* Managing daily site productivity, reporting progress, and communicating job completion to the Contracts Manager
* Conducting health and safety checks, including monitoring safe working practices, PPE, and inspecting vans and equipment
What you will bring as a Working Foreperson:
* Minimum NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent in a core trade (beneficial)
* SSSTS qualification (advantageous but not essential)
* Good knowledge of construction processes
* Leadership skills to motivate and lead a team of experienced tradespeople
* Valid UK driving license (essential)
