You will be a confident individual with a proven track record in a customer-focused, target-driven environment with exceptional communication skills, genuine empathy, and the determination to see opportunities through to a successful outcome. A proactive approach, the ability to build meaningful relationships, and a keen eye for detail will set you apart. While previous experience in housebuilding or estate agency is an advantage, it is not essential. Our comprehensive training programme will equip you with everything you need to succeed—the important thing is your passion, dependability, and drive to deliver outstanding results.
