Are you a skilled and passionate Occupational Therapist ready to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people? Together Trust is looking for a Specialist OT to join our dynamic Therapy Service, providing support primarily in mainstream schools across Greater Manchester. As a Specialist OT, you'll work autonomously while being part of a multi-disciplinary team of professionals, including Speech & Language Therapists, Psychologists, and Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners. You'll provide direct therapy, advice, training, and support to students, staff, and families, ensuring interventions are evidence-based and impactful. * Manage your own caseload of students across schools, working closely with teachers, teams, and families.
* Conduct holistic assessments using clinical expertise and observation.
* Lead your professional growth, including appraisals, goal setting, and training opportunities.
* Supervise and mentor junior colleagues, promoting a positive and inclusive school culture.
* Monitor and manage risk while supporting colleagues to build awareness.
* Contribute to service development and innovation in clinical practice.
* Engage in specialist interest areas and professional networks to enhance practice.
* Promotion of wellbeing across the organisation, including Mental Health First Aiders offering wellbeing support from trained colleagues and free weekly yoga sessions in person or online.

Responsibilities
* Degree in Occupational Therapy, HCPC-registered, and RCOT member.
* Experience working with young people, including those with complex needs or Autism Spectrum Conditions.
* Skilled in assessment, intervention, and delivering training.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating with a wider team.
* Passionate about embedding therapy into everyday learning.
* Experience of working in mainstream school settings.
