This business is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a 12-month FTC.
Your new role
1. Posting journals.
2. Processing invoices and expenses.
3. Bank reconciliations.
4. To be responsible for any day-to-day finance queries when other members of the team are unavailable
5. To report and support the financial controller with projects and tasks that they may need for reporting purposes
6. Preparing financial reporting slides for planning meetings.
7. Checking and approving payments to suppliers and expenses
8. Monitoring the bank balances daily.
9. Credit control and liaising with customers to ensure timely payment of invoices
